The Chat Support will be required to provide chat support, emails and phone support to customers in relation to trading and investment opportunities
The position will require you to support the contact centre in written and spoken English, Urdu and Hindi
The Responsibilities of the Role-
Complete Welcome Calls to engage and greet new customers who have invested in the onlinbe trading platform
Determine the needs of the customers and find a solution that suits him/her
Work with customers to identify key business metrics
Develop a plan that addresses important business objectives and track and report on these metrics to ensure success
Ensure all information is captured correctly in the CRM
Keep up with the market news and attend additional training as needed to support evolving business needs
Any other task(s) as assigned by management
