Job Description

Job Responsibilities

To manage general affairs function to support the key business needs (ie arrangement of flight, accommodation, transportation, business card printing, canteen management, pantry management, uniform management, conference rooms and training rooms program and guest factory visit)To formulate and recommend human resources policies, practices and programs that will establish a positive employer-employee relationshipTo liaise with external parties and government officers with regards to corporate info, communication or any other general affairsTo analyze, monitor and ensure the cost effectiveness of company administration cost / expensesTo safeguards of the company

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalentRequired skill(s) interaction skills, communication skill, MS Excel, MS WordRequired language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalentFull-Time position(s) available
