Job Description

To market and secure retail open spaces, casual leasing for kiosks and advertising space within the mallTo manage occupancy through targets set and ensure consistency of display setups are aligned with the standard requirements of the companyTo prepare and administrations of related agreementsTo assist in marketing & communication programs which includes planning, coordination and executing of all advertising campaigns, events and promotional activities in a retail mallTo manage, monitor and constantly keep abreast of the latest advertising and promotion trends, digital innovations and other communication channels and propose appropriately for further enhancement of advertising and promotions efforts in accordance with corporate and brand imageTo explore, propose and secure strategic partners for joint promotionsTo perform and execute any other duties assigned by your superior that may be deemed appropriate to this role

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing/Public Relations/ Journalism or equivalentMinimum 2-3 year(s) relevant experience preferably in retail environment or any related industriesGood written and verbal communication skills – English and Bahasa MalaysiaStrong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye of detailsAble to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands
