Job Description

Points deduction for cabin bookingPrepare duty roster and assign daily work task for officersSupervise and guide officers on required information for operation needsPrepare training kits and workflow for referencesMonitoring daily cabin deduction/report printing verificationEnsure all cabin point is quoted correctly before charging and follow up with dispute bookingWork closely with call centre and regional office personnel to enhance member’s booking workflowPoint’s deduction verification after cruise ie No show and last minute booking or amendmentPoint’s Reinstatement/adjustment verification- ie waiver request, dispute casesMembership data maintenanceEnsure daily data synchronization from Principle Server to Admin server is complete and upgrading server in place for operation needsMaintain the company database and customer account information including creating/updating/maintaining membership accountEnsure required setup, connection or configuration is accessible before operation starts of relocation cruise/dry dockingLiaise with IT support personnel for errors/connectivity between the regional membership systemsProvide in-depth analysis and revenue tracking for new/on-going membership programsManage program performance and customer activity reporting to address areas including customer segmentation, program and campaign level impact (return on investment and profitability), customer demographics, and benefits usage recommending reasoned adjustments to the programRecommend new strategies and database marketing programs to drive enhanced revenue from existing customer baseGather and prepare statistical reports Prepare competitors and industry observation and analysis reportsMembership system set up and maintenanceDevelop and implement the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure that customer engagement is enhancedProvide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System user support and manage customer databaseMeasure and monitor the effectiveness of the system and recommend better statistical tools and reporting process for the companyLiaise with IT team to develop interface programmes for marketing campaign usageHandling of membership enquiry inbox Efficiently and professionally manage customer enquiries and complaints
Qualifications & Experience

A degree holder in either IT, Statistics, Business Studies, Marketing or related disciplines2 – 3 years working experience in CRM/Loyalty Program background preferred Gaming industry will be an added advantage Experience in database/ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SystemAble to work on Public Holidays and WeekendsProficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (oral and written) as the role required to process documents and enquiry written in mandarinPleasant personality with good inter-personal and communication skillsand analytical skillsGood knowledge of application software including Microsoft Excel/Access, SQL database query software and PowerPointSelf motivation, numerical sense & independentMust be very detail-oriented, meticulous and efficientAnalytical minded with good problem solving skillsMust be highly Organized and resourceful
Able to work independently and as a team player
