1.Produce itinerary and organize accordingly with department /section concerned on any event presentation at IFC2. Produce proposal and suggestion as request by potential customer. Act on any customers requirements and work together with other section within the company to complete the task3. React as liaison person to existing customer via-phone, emails and telex with respect to the standards and quality of food and services4. Regularly attends Customer flights to view the flight handling procedure and recommend where possible for improvement.5. Acts on or reacts on any urgent or Adhoc Customer requirements, passes the information to the respective departments and follow through.6 Work closely with QA to investigate complaint and reply the complaint to customer within the agreed timeline7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed8. Liaison with Airlines Customers at Main Terminal office, KLIA1 and KLIA2 regards to operational requirements.10.To work out all requirements needed such as update monthly report, update layout and any related of 5S paperworkJob Requirement:Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa MalaysiaAt least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Customer service, sale, understand businesses and ability to engage conversation at high level, strong interpersonel skills, good witten and verbal communications, team player with good interpersonel skill, hard working, self - motivated and goal oriented.Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.Must possess driving license and own transport.Locations: Sepang, Selangor.
