Job Summary:Pro-actively engage with the clients, understand their requirements and drive the improvement of supply chain needs of Clients by working with cross functional internal departments on service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI).Job Responsibilities:Plan, prioritize and monitor orders to ensure all orders, inclusive backlog, STO and urgent orders are processed within the stipulated timeframe and no miss outMonitor and coordinate urgent orders to ensure orders are processed and delivered as per request date and timeMonitor urgent arrival and redressing requestMonitor urgent / special TRA collection, write off requestDC single point of contact with internal/external stake holdersAct as initial response to customer complaints through Scuba system.Support operation on investigation of complaints when required. Work closely with process owner to identify root cause, corrective and preventive action to close the complaints’ tickets in Scuba system.Monitor complaints status in Scuba system to ensure timely closure of complaint tickets.Provide daily complaints closure status report to Head of Department and process owners for action and follow upPerform any special duty or project assigned by the management timely, efficiently and effectivelyJob Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 1 - 2 year(s) of professional working experience in Supply Chain Management.Excellent customer service skills are mandatory as is the ability to work in a dynamic and diverse team environment.Knowledge of Warehouse & Transportation Management Systems (WMS & TMS, ideally SAP).Strong interpersonal, communication, and people & change leadership skillsGood analytical and conceptual capabilitiesConfident and articulate individual with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Access and WordEnglish proficiency in both writing and speakingFull-Time position(s) available.
