The Responsibilities of the Role :The Executive -Technical Support is responsible for providing helpdesk support for PCs, Laptops and related products and services. The helpdesk support will be via calls, emails and chat.The Requirements for the Role :Diploma/Degree in IT related disciplines.Good command of spoken and written Mandarin with minimal EnglishAt least 1 year working experience in a similiar field.Well versed in Windows Operating Systems and Windows Office.Contact Centre Operating Days : Monday-SaturdayWorking Hours : Monday-Friday 9.30am -5.30pm : Saturday 9.30am-12.30pmClosed on Sunday.The Offer :Attractive Salary( RM3000- 3500).Performance related bonus on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.15 days Annual Leave.14 days Medical Leave.Medical and Hospitalization coverage.WALK-IN INTERVIEWSCICOM (MSC) BHD.25th floor, Menara TA One22, Jalan P.RamleeKuala LumpurMonday-Friday (Except Public holidays)9.30am SHARPAlternatively candidates with the above qualifications and qualities are welcomed to submit your application via on-line.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
