The Executive -Technical Support is responsible for providing helpdesk support for PCs, Laptops and related products and services The helpdesk support will be via calls, emails and chat
The Requirements for the Role
Diploma/Degree in IT related disciplinesGood command of spoken and written Mandarin with minimal EnglishAt least 1 year working experience in a similiar fieldWell versed in Windows Operating Systems and Windows OfficeContact Centre Operating Days Monday-SaturdayWorking Hours Monday-Friday 930am -530pm Saturday 930am-1230pmClosed on Sunday
