Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Expatriate Management

Providing administration service related to the expatriate management matter and benefits administrations Be it related to salary, housing guideline, allowances standard guideline, expatriate hand book and etcExpected to explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to clientMaintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for clientCommunicate and work closely with Japan HQ to get the latest update of the expatriate policyTranslation of documents from Japanese to English or English to Japanese
Expatriate Payroll & Tax Processing
Involved in the full cycle of payroll processing and annual year-end tax reporting for multiple companiesProcess clients’ statutory claims in a timely mannerMaintain the client database in HR Information System accuratelyMaintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice, reports and correspondences) pertaining to client payrollComply with the rules of operations, procedures and policies for payroll & tax
Other Supporting Roles
Support visa application for expatriateUndertake other duties and assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Mass Communications or equivalent from reputable universityAt least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Japanese MNCThose with experience in handling expatriate payroll, tax & visa will be an added advantageExcellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in Japanese and EnglishA self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated person who enjoys working in a challenging environment High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skillsThe ability to think strategically and resourcefully, take initiatives, multi-task and meet demanding deadlines and perform under pressureThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong record of being an excellent collaboratorApplicants must be willing to work in Section 13 - Petaling JayaFresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
