Job Description


To lead and work with SSC Operation and Customers to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives/ projects to improve quality and efficiency including through business process excellence or technology enablementTo be responsible for successful transition of existing business operations in Finance and Accounting to Shared ServicesTo plan, organize and manage the transition including detail activities, resources and budget and deliver the shared services outcome effectively (headcount, costs and service level)To work with Corporate HQ, local business and function leaders and team to plan, drive and execute the transition planTo support set up the complete process and system requirements to enable shared services centerTo collaborate with external consultants to strategize, plan, design and drive the transition actions needed for successful implementation of shared services such as process, structure, workflows and system changes etcTo work with Corporate Headquarters to establish and align finance and accounting policies needed to enable shared servicesTo define and setup the finance and accounting spokes to provide timely and effective support for the shared services operation


A Bachelor Degree Graduate from accredited tertiary institutionStrong working knowledge of SAP ERP (especially FICO)Min 8 years strong and proven finance and accounting management and leadership experiences in Shared Services organizationProven ability to build Stakeholder Support for SSC projectsStrong knowledge of Shared Services transitionProven track records in leading successful continuous improvementsStrong and proven communication skills to work effectively with senior executives and peers to influence and drive changesStrong project management, time management, and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and business acumen skillsAble to multitask in a fast pace environmentAbility to speak, write and read the English & Bahasa Indonesia language Mandarin fluency is an advantageSelf-Driven and able to work independently on complex matters
