Job Description

Report to Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in MY;Assist on facilitation of credit control function of local MY.Assist in month-end reporting by reviewing of Journal Vouchers & handle reports such as PnL highlights & commentaries / Headcount report / Cashflow forecast.Assist in preparation of monthly sales revenue figures and follow-up with respective sales managers for their inputs for MY, MYN and VNAssist in forecasting / budgeting process for MY, MYN and VNWork collaboratively with Operation and assist in weekly revenue projection & month-end revenue analysis reports.Responsible for facilitating & maintaining of month-end, balance sheet schedules;Manage and review intercompany reconciliation;Work closely with Operations and facilitate the job cost accruals & closure of financially completed job files & review of SFG reports in terms of margin & tonnage for MY, MYN and VNLiaison with external auditor / tax agent in annual statutory audit / tax returns & estimation computation;Facilitate and review of quarterly report submission / legal & corporate updates;In-charged of month-end submission of Sales & Service Tax returns;Provide support and advise on accounting / operating systems, assist in the integration process and the system changeover for MY, MYN and VNFirst point of contact to answer questions on data testing, data integrity and flag issues and limitations on the system migration for MY, MYN and SG;Prepare ad hoc tasks, analyses and work on special projects as assignedCandidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): audit, taxPreferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
