Job Description

Prepare the suppliers’ payment based on the weekly payment schedule or any ad hoc payment upon request.Liaise with suppliers for any matters related to invoice and payment.Liaise with auditors during the financial year end for any matters related to invoice and paymentAssist/support in any matters related/ad-hoc to accounting including daily operation, finalization of the reports and statutory compliance and etc, as when as required by superiors or managements.Register new vendor that has been requested from the company (Vendor Management).To execute any other task related to Finance & Accounts which might not be listed above as and when required by the Supervisor or higher ManagementSupporting on invoicing & cash app
Our requirements (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1 years’ of progressively experience & responsible.Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft OfficeDetail oriented, proactive, confident, meticulous and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilitiesGood teamwork, ability to interact with a cross section of Business units and levels in the organizationStrong verbal and written communications skillsMust maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the CompanyApplicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.Full-Time position(s) available.
