We are looking for enthusiastic individual to our Food Service team JOB DESCRIPTION 1 Plan direct and supervise the food service operation 2 Responsible for planning budgeting and purchasing for food service operations 3 Ensure the efficient production of quality diet foods and beverages according to the company and local statutory regulations incorporating the aspects of nutrition hygiene safety and cleanliness 4 Ensure quality standards are achieved at all time in regards to recipe specifications and measurements adapting weights nutrition and diet requirement 5 Ensure the adherence of established practical guidelines for food serving such as portion specifications tray presentation temperature and palatability of food served 6 Responsible for the training and monitoring of practices of food service personnel to ensure nutrition quality safety and hygiene standard are met 7 Ensure good health and safety practices for all food service processes and maintain good sanitary condition of the department 8 Maintain the safety and functionality of equipment and facility 9 Plan direct monitor and manage safety and performance improvement activities and quality assurance system such as Halal HACCP 10 Responsible in prepare reports and statistics as required 11 Develop establish and review and implement service standards protocols policies and procedures in conformance with international local regulation and PHKL policies 12 Plan develop departmental budget implement and evaluate cost control measures within the operation 13 Plan develop implement and evaluate effective and continuing staff education and development programs 14 Establish effective and efficient stock management and cost control 15 Plan direct monitor and manage diet and menu order process 16 Investigate and resolve complaints regarding to food quality or service REQUIREMENTS 1 Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree Post Graduate Diploma in Food Service Management Hotel Management or equivalent 2 At least 5 years of working experience in food service management at hotel restaurant or other institutions Preferably at healthcare setting 3 Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities people oriented resourceful critical in thinking detailed oriented ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment 4 Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and oral
