Basic Salary + Allowance + OT
Basic Salary RM 2500
Night Shift Allowance RM400 (Monthly)
Performance Allowance RM750 (Monthly)
Mandarin Speaking Allowance RM500 (Monthly)

Job description
To answer incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, identify their problem and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution and provide general information
Provide customer support and assistance
Ensure all incoming calls are answered within the service level set by the Company
To work as a team to reduce the call abandoned rate
To attend to any other assignments assigned by the superior
