As Functional Consultant, you are responsible to perform requirement study, prepare scope of work, mapping and converting the business requirements to functional specification for technical development Perform system testing to ensure systems are functioning as per documented requirements and conduct training to end users
Business Analysis – Understanding the business process and systems functionalities; responsible to gather user requirements; mapping & documenting existing business processes (operational & system); business process re-engineering; defining the functional specifications of the business systemsQuality Assurance – Ensure changes to business systems are well tested before deployment or implementationUser Management – liaison as the primary contact point with business operation usersAny additional/ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate superior
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science business related fieldA minimum of 5 years working experience with Functional Consultant role and strong process experience coupled in implementationAbility to work under time pressure, manage multiple groups of users while maintaining a positive and patient attitudeStrong command of the English and comfortable with process/functional documentationSelf-motivated with attention to detailOrganizes own workload, sets priorities and works within deadlinesExcellent organization, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to process assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely mannerAble to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to team developmentProfessional certification will be an added advantageHands-on experience in HCM systems will be an added advantageCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalentRequired language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalentFull-Time position(s) available
