Job Description

Responsibilities-



Handles all general inbound calls and respond to walk in customer queries by providing accurate information consistently in all areas

Processing of Delivery Order & filing

Maintain files records remain updated



Requirements-



Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent

Applicants must be willing to work in Encorp Strand Garden Office, Kota Damansara

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Computer literacy

Experience working in MLM industry is an added advantage
