Job Description

Responsibilities:



Responsible for the overall business performance of the travel agency as well as to initiate formulation of marketing strategies, development and all activities.

Identify market trends and provide market competitor analysis to optimize business strategies.

Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing services in professional behavior and manner.

Manage the needs of customer bookings from various communication channels (phone, email, or live chat).

Ensure backend support to handle customers issues.

Good leadership and able to lead the operations team.



Requirements:



Possess with Diploma/Degree holder in Tourism / Business or related field.

Minimum 8 years of managerial experience.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft.

Proficient in both spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Multilingual language is an added advantage.

Pleasant personality, good leadership, sales oriented, responsible, hardworking & independent.
