They are currently looking for a General Manager / Country Manager to oversee a team of 10-15 employees in their Selangor, Malaysia office.Your new roleDefine, establish and implement Business Strategies and Objectives.Coordination of reports to the Management Board.Monitor Finances.Authorisation of expenditure.Maintain Quality Management System and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Maintain HSE Management System.Define all operational requirements within Company and verify that all actions are performed in accordance with procedures and deadlines.Ensure that adequate training and development of all personnel is being provided. What youll need to succeedSound technical knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry with a relevant Engineering Qualification (BSc Hons preferred).Management Qualification (MBA preferred).Minimum 10 years experience gained within a management capacity.Management / Supervisory skills.Sound knowledge of the market and the ability to identify the decision makers.
