ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES and bull To manage overall sales and marketing functions and plan on marketing budgets and bull To manage overall sales performance lead and supervise sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and bull Develop sales and marketing plans and come up with short and long term strategic marketing directions including market analysis and competitors benchmarking and bull Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods cost and results and drive the most effective and efficient sales methods in attaining sales targets and bull Manage monitor and evaluate performance of sales and marketing staff with the aim of escalating sales growth and bull Report sales performance to Board of DirectorsREQUIREMENTS and bull Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Sales and Marketing Business Studies Administration Management or equivalent and bull At least 10 years of working experience in Property Development industry and bull Understand local markets and possess depth knowledge in property industry and bull Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment and bull Strong communication interpersonal and negotiating skills and bull Must be dynamic resourceful aggressive initiate and self-motivate and bull Able to work independently strong leadership quality strategic and critical thinking and bull Good reputation and sales records in previous company and bull Required language Mandarin Cantonese English Bahasa MelayuJOB INFORMATIONIndustry PropertyLocation Iskandar Puteri JohorWorking Hours 0900 - 1800 Monday and ndash Friday
