Provide Operational functions on Banca Credit Business including data processing eg New Business, Suspense management, Query Case Management, and Policy Servicing
1 New Business cases uploading into system as well as manual data entry within stipulated TAT
2 Follow up on cases pending due to incompleteness or underwriting requirement and ensure case closure within stipulated TAT
3 To ensure New Business Application processed within TAT until issuance of Letter of Pending Follow up / Letter of Acceptance / Letter of Decline / Letter of Deferred / Letter of Cancellation / Letter of Non Taken Up and if any with premium to be refund
4 Filling Management within stipulated timeframe
5 Monitoring e-Correspondences and SMS by vendor to ensure quality delivery as per agreed SLA
1 Handling Cancellation and Surrender Policies, Absolute Assignment, Reinstatement and non-Financial Alteration within stipulated TAT
2 Handling batches of installments defaulted and ensure reconcile within TAT for batch refund
3 Follow up on incomplete surrender cases and ensure case closure within stipulated TAT
1 Handling suspense for both NB and PS within stipulated TAT
2 Handling Bank statement unmatched within stipulated TAT
3 Timely reporting to Finance
1 Liaison with vendor on our New Order, In progress case until closure as well as Medical Reimbursement
2 Round 1 UW up to TSA of RM 15mil (clean case)
1 Handling reporting to both internally and externally on weekly, monthly and quarterly manner inclusive of adhoc reporting if required
2 Attending to phone, general common email and walk-in customers’ enquiries and complaint
3 Handling Incoming & outgoing posted mail
4 System Testing for Enhancement and Yearly BCP testing on data backup
5 Miscellaneous eg ordering stationeries, printer faulty, attending meeting, company training, some others ad hoc duties as and when requested
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
