Job Description

Formulate strategic plans and oversee the implementation of brand initiatives to drive market share, brand awareness and consumer engagementsConstant review of sales performance, brand profitability and identifying key markets, segments, customers and products for departmental growthUnderstanding target customers and develop relevant new products to drive customer engagement and optimize brand competitivenessEmpower the team to gain self-confidence, capabilities and commitment to achieve departmental objectives and fullfill personal development growthAct as mentor/coach to guide, advice and motivate the team in facilitating their growth and successLead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/servicesWork closely with advertising and other service providers to maximise their contribution in the areas of advertising strategies, merchandising ideas, research agencies and market informationParticipate in overall corporate matters ranging from maintenance of company website, library and other corporate communication areasCarry out supportive functions or additional responsibilities for the division as delegated by management or immediate superior from time to time
Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or relevantMinimum 5 years of marketing/brand experience preferably in FMCG industryComputer literate and familiar with MS office, Movex and other business intelligent toolsMature with creative flair with good analytical skills, interpersonal and presentation skillsTeam player with initiatives and able to work independently with minimal supervisionHigh level of exposure in a brand marketing culture with in-depth knowledge of brand management tools and processes
