Provide good customer service to the assigned airline/s customer which includes passengers check-in, facilitate onboarding and deplaningResolve customer complaints in a prompt and pleasant mannerEnsure compliance with all aiport or airline requirements imposed by the regulatory authoritiesOther ad-hoc assignmentsYour ProfileFluency in speaking, reading and writing in Tamil or HindiMin SPM with credit ("C") in Malay language, English and/or Tamil LanguageFresh graduates are encouraged to apply while those with customer facing experience will be at advantageMust be willing to work in KLIA 2 on shift duties (morning and night shift) Working day 4 working days with 2 days leavesDesired personal traits Deadline oriented, good time management, be tactful, respectful and able to create a happy experience for our airline/s customers
