Register guests and assign rooms

Check out guests and make sure all payments have been made

Handling guests' enquiries via email/phone professionally

Key in and update reservations regularly into hotel management system

Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations

Update room rates and OTA allotments at regular intervals

Issuing of guest room keys

Coordinate with housekeepers on room status

Maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area

Other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager



Job Requirements



Good written and spoken English to liaise with associates

Service oriented with a cheerful personality

At least1 yearexperience in a similar position
