SCOPE / Pre-Opening / Sales Gallery

During the Pre-opening phase, the Lady in Red is an iconic symbol of Kempinski and is in essence the Brand Ambassador As the sole local representative of Kempinski in the Sales Gallery she welcomes, meets and farewells guests and is responsible for the communication with clients, reflecting highest quality service standards She is especially trained to entertain our guests in a subtle fashion
She is knowledgeable about the place, its culture, its ways of doing things She plays a central role in the “sense of arrival” which is adapted to the location She networks and is in touch with Ladies in Red in other properties to better serve Kempinski’s loyal guests She uses Kempinski Discovery to “monitor” customer profiles She is a “team player” and a “make it happen” soft agent

The job of Guest Services Manager(Lady in Red)in the sales Gallery is primarily to act as Brand Ambassador
Creates the first Impression by being present and visible Assists in welcoming clients to the gallery and act as host Develops good open communication and rapport with all visitors seeking to understand potential customer needs and providing them with necessary information or assisting them to/guiding them to the right contact person to ensure a seamless visit journey Seeks to understand the guest and meet and exceed the needs of both the customer and the company as well as collecting relevant information that can be used in services development to exceed future residences owner needs and expectations Builds strong relationships with future tenant/unit owners and acts as a key liaison Actively promotes the Residences and Kempinski Services Actively participates in promotional activities for 8 Conlay and Kempinski
