Job Description

Miniumum 8 years working experience as a sous chef in 5 stars hotel

Culinary Diploma or Certificate

Able to manage kitchen operation and cooking team

Ability to track expenses and manage a budget

Ability to lead and inspire a team

Strong passion for the art of food design

Execellent verbal and written communication in English and BM

Design menus that enhance customers' culinary experince

Submit cost proposals for menu items

Provide feedback regarding the food quality of large bulk purchases

Ensure that all food preparation is in acoordance with regulatory guidelines

Design standarized food presentation guidelines for each dish

Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items

Maintain a clean work enviroment for the restaurant

Hire, train and manage staff about proper kicthen sanitization methods
