Your new role
As the new Head of Sales and Operations, your role is to develop annual sales plan, marketing strategies, action plans and initiatives for the stores operations based on market condition, consumer trends and competitors analysis to achieve sales target set, increase market share and retail positioning. You will need to identify and formulate development programs to enhance business skills, capabilities and competencies. You will also be developing a master plan for local promotional programs to increase sales and create public awareness to gain and sustain customer loyalty.
What youll need to succeed
Must possess Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or other related disciplineMin. 12 years in the related fieldYou must be a strategic individual with excellent communication and leadership skillsHighly persuasive and excellent relationship management skills
