In accordance with the GBS s plans to expand their scope globally they are looking for proven professionals to apply to the role of Head of P2P Projects who is accountable and responsible for the delivery and execution of the P2P functions currently being centralized around the globe Client DetailsOur client is a prestigious Fortune 500 GBS responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across the company s business divisions and markets for the Asia Pacific and Japan APJ region DescriptionPrimary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following Assist the P2P Director to grow and sustain the P2P Tower provide strategic guidance and direction to P2P members Demonstrate full operational responsibility for transactional activities to ensure all deliverables are successfully achieved including operational performance and excellencepeople management and developmentadherence to compliance requirementssupport and implement continuous improvements regional global projectsstakeholder engagement and managementManage escalations as required on all TM and C activities Assist in internal external audits to ensure all appropriate controls are being followed and management action plans are implemented timely in resolving gaps when required Work closely and diligently to deliver efficient and effective P2P processes through standardization simplifications and streamlining Active participation in global initiatives and provide leadership and directions for P2P members in executing the projects or improvement actions Maintain good relationships with key leaders in P2P processes and work strategically with these partnersDevelop a good understanding of the overall Finance organization build and develop network and partnerships with keyFinance Procurement and business leaders across the organization as well as meeting the One global BSC network Understand the functionality interfaces and interdependencies of the company s financial processes and systems and reporting tools and ensure the existence of adequate internal controls in each process ProfileMinimum of 8 years of experience in managing projects in a shared services center experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience with leadership experience leading a shared services professionalsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with high proficiency in English LanguagePeople management and organization skills are requiredProblem solving and strong stakeholder internal and external management skills are a MUSTAble to manage a virtual international team and work in a Global Matrix OrganizationAdded advantage if able to speak read and write Mandarin OR JapaneseJob OfferAttractive salary package RM20 000 to RM25 000 depending on experienceOpportunity to step into a global role within a prestigious Fortune 500 GBSTo apply online please click the Apply button below For a confidential discussion about this role please contact Crystal Ng on 603 2302 4000
