Ensure Appropriate Knowledge and Understanding of CAS. Works through face-to-face meetings, email communication, ManageBac, and Google Classroom to:educate students on all aspects of the CAS programme in the context of the IB Diploma Programeducate students on the meaning and purpose of the CAS learning outcomessupport students in understanding ethical concerns, global issues, and international-mindedness2. Facilitate the Development of CAS Approaches and Skills in Students. Works through face-to-face meetings, email communication, ManageBac, and Google Classroom to:meet with students individually or in groups to assist them with choosing appropriate CAS experiences and projects, set achievable goals, and develop purposeful reflection skillsperiodically review students’ CAS portfolios provide feedback on student reflections on their CAS learning outcomes, growth, and any learning insightsprovide ongoing guidance and support to students to monitor the range and balance of CAS experiences and the appropriateness of CAS projects, and empower them to successfully complete the CAS Program
