Job Description

Human Resources ManagementResponsible in Human Resources Operations duties i.e.: preparing HR letters, staff movement documentation, attendance record, leaves records, staff activities relating to employment, compensation and employee relations etcIn-charge On Boarding & Off Boarding process.Manage and facilitate induction and orientation processes.Administrate & conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.Responsible on Employee Exit process - administrate & conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. Issue TFS to AWSG IT dept.Facilitate organisational culture and climate that promote AWMY values, behaviour and attitudes within AW employees.Administrate and ensure all Corporate Compliance Policy are adhered, comply with legal requirements.Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.Administrate & coordinate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.RecruitmentAccountable for the entire recruitment process:Pre-recruitmentSourcingSelectionShortlistingReference checkingSupport in execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administrationAdministers job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies (and keeps promises done to job applicants)Support in posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs)Assist to develops pool of internal and external talentsExplores the new recruitment channels and provide recommendations to Human Resources ManagerReports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.In charge of On complete circle of on boarding process and submit info to HR Exec to Issue TFS.Employee EngagementSupport in facilitating employee engagement activities through a range of projects including town hall meeting, Corporate Social responsibility (CSR).Assist facilitate organisational culture and climate that promote AWMY values, behaviour and attitudes within AW employees.Assist Handle the administration of engagement activities for communication / announcement to program evaluationTo provide approachable and professional support to employees by phone, email and in person on all employment matters or personal issues that may be impacting at work.Assist in send out Employee Surveys to all employees and to collate responses and develop an action plan for improvement.To write staff and service user newsletters, power point, briefings, articles and web content.Office AdministrationResponsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring general building repair & maintenance, office equipment, motor vehicle & etc. Ensure all office facilities are in good orderIn-charge in maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.Manage the office supplies at HQ, warehouse and CMA sites.Assist in liaison with Company Secretary, Legal Department, government authority etc for business operation compliance, new licence application or renewal.Administrate and ensure all Corporate Compliance Policy are adhered, comply with IT requirementsBook meeting rooms as requiredDistribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)In-charge in travel and accommodations arrangementSchedule & administrate in-house and external eventsAssist in monitoring the office cleanerREQUIREMENTS:Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.Minimum4 years HR experience inpayroll processing & Compensation & Benefits.Have good patience in Handling employee issuesRequired Skill(s): Good knowledge in EasyPay software, payroll processing, office administration, events organisingGood knowledge of Labour laws and Employee Relations Systems.Preferably Executive specialized in General Human Resources or payroll processing .
