Job Description

Sales Admin Job Scope
Received Purchase order from customer then verify and generate Sales Order for production department.Generate delivery order when goods delivery to customer side.Follow up chop & sign delivery order and generate invoice to bill to customer.
Purchasing Admin Job Scope
To generate Purchase Order and send to Supplier. Make sure Supplier received and order has been place.Follow up goods received date with Supplier to meet production deadline.Verify goods received from supplier matching with Purchase order then key in in to accounting system (SQL)Follow up Invoice from supplier to match with DO & PO then key in into accounting system (SQL)Pass full set documents such as PO,DO & INV to finance department for prepare payment.Make sure documents passing are up to date.
HR Admin Job Scope
Check staff attendence by daily. Make sure no missed punch attendence.Kindly prepare application form for new staff to fill in and require their IC copy & Bank Accounts Statement and others information required by HQ (HR)Collect staff Medical Certificate, receipt, Leave form and others then pass to HQ (HR dept) from time to time.Always assist HQ (HR) for their requirements related to HR matters.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, EnglishMin 1-2 years in Manufacturing Industry (Prefer Door Industry)Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.Working Hour(s): Mon - Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm) & Sat (8.30am - 12.30pm)
