Client Profile Our client is a China and USA joint venture new set up manufacturer located at Gelang Patah Johor Bahru Our client is currently expanding the business in Malaysia and looking a HR and Admin Manager to join their team to develop the business Career Opportunity Join as a Pioneer to set up the HR Policy and a good experience to partner grow and learn with China management team Working Location Gelang Patah and Pelebuhan Tanjung Pelepas Johor BahruWorking Hours Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM required to work on the Saturday half day 8AM to 12PM on starting stage till stabilize replacement leave will be grantedJob Responsibilities -Work closely with China managementHandling full HR spectrum such as recruitment payroll training industrial relation compensation and benefits Develop implement and execute of HR program and activities Arrange application of calling visa Employment pass work permit check out memo special pass FOMEMA ticketing etc for foreign workers and foreign engineers Facilitate good communication among different level of staffs Ensure recruitment and selection of right talents to the organization by establishing effective recruitment and selection system Maintain organization culture image and core values by establishing sound employee engagement program which shall include organizing of staff events and activities sports and recreations campaigns and awards Motivate and cultivate a positive work place environment and ensure development of talent pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development program Ensure retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing effective talent management program and succession planning Ensure HR operations effectiveness and efficiency by compliance to ISO quality procedures HR KPIs statutory act employee policy and guidelines Ensure achievement of internal customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services such as providing timely and appropriate support guidance coaching counselling and training to staff In charge of Admin related work Job Requirements -Applicants must possess at least a Diploma Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Business Administration or equivalentApplicants must possess at least 8 years of relevant experienceRequired Language CHINESE ENGLISH MALAYChinese speaking and writing is a MUST to work closely with China managementApplicants must be willing work at GELANG PATAH JOHOR BAHRU
