Are you an experienced HR Coordinator/Advisor looking to join a multi-national blue-chip organisation and take the next step in your career

As part of the supportive and energetic Human Resources team, this is a true end to end generalist role where you will make a real lasting impact, guiding and coaching Managers and Employees on all HR system, process and program enquiries, through every aspect of the employee life cycle Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this position will be based at our office in Bukit Raja, Klang

The key responsibilities of this role include

Acting as the first level responder to HR enquiries relating to HR systems, processes and programs

Coordinating overall HR activities for CHEP Malaysia, Singapore and Japan

Coordinating all aspects of the employee lifecycle recruitment, on-boarding, probation and termination

Supporting activities to improve employee engagement

Providing administrative support including the preparation of reports, employee communication and employment contracts

Ensuring the integrity of all employee records and data in our HR system (Workday)

Supporting the performance management cycle

Administering training activity

Maintaining foreign workers’ documents, checking on work permit and passport status

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources

Some experience in a busy HR function, ideally within a large corporate environment

Strong administration and organisational skills with a high attention to detail

The ability to liaise with employees and managers at all levels across the business

A strong focus on customer service and a natural talent for multi-tasking

Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

Some exposure to HRIS such as Workday would be an advantage
