In most areas,they partner with, working on medium to longer term objectives.The HRBP will take a lead role in all HR initiatives as well as coaching and mentoring team members within the Business Group.Some of the specific areas of focus are listed but not limited to:1. You will be the go-to person for overall HR policy guidance and interpretation at the workplace & for the dedicated business unit (HR / IT /FA Tower).2. You will be integral in managing and resolving complex employee relation issue within the business unit and conduct an effective, thorough and objective investigation when necessary. 3. You will work closely with the business unit leads on the day-to-day HR operational issues and support the performance management process as well as guiding the leads and employees.4. A key person in facilitating productive and effective work relationship between the leadership team and employees within the business unit to increase workplace morale and reduce retention risk to the business unit.5. You must enjoy analyzing trends and metrics of employee movement and work with the center-wide HR group to formulate necessary retention programs and policies for the business unit.6. Keeping updated with HR legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliances and reducing any unnecessary legal risks to the business and the overall center operations.Candidate specifications:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.At least 12 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Able to build effective and long-standing partnership across the Company at all levels, particularly with senior management, operating business leaders and line executives.
