The HR Business Partner HRBP role is responsible for aligning business objectives with business units You are the key interface between Human Capital and the assigned Business Units BUs and partnering with BUs in executing the organizations People Strategy Act as an employee champion and change agentPartner and support the business units BUs to manage in a proactive and consultative approach a full spectrum of HR functions which includes recruitment performance appraisal and management rewards as well as talent management and developmentWork with BUs to prepare short and long term manpower forecast taking into consideration expected growth and projects by understanding the business plan and translating that into headcount requirementsWork and align with BUs to understand their manpower needs recruiting as well as selection requirementsConduct resourcing using deep knowledge of effective searching tools and techniques to identify suitable candidates through database searches internet and media postings target searches and personal networkingWork with BUs in identifying talent pool in line with Talent Management framework and building the divisional departmental succession planWork closely with BUs to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and employee retentionAdvise HODs of assigned BUs on HR policies and procedures and people management decisions Review outcomes from exit interviews to help make sound people decisions The Person Degree in any field from a reputable UniversityMinimum of 3 years of experience in Human ResourcesGood understanding of local labour law and legislation with strong knowledge of HR issues and best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills w ith ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientationGood with MS office i e MS Excel to carry out data mining activities and MS Powerpoint for presentation exercisesProven ability to work independently and as a team member
