Responsible and manage for full spectrum of HR function including payroll management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relation.
Handling recruitment for all level job posting, interview arrangement, documentations, and preparation of employment contract.
Manage foreign worker such as calculate monthly salary of foreign worker and liaise with worker agents.
Responsible to prepare and process monthly payments for SOCSO, EPF, ZAKAT and HRDF.
Liaise with all relevant statutory bodies such as SOCSO, EPF and HRDF.
Responsible for checking overtime and others claim issued by staff and management.
Liaise with Company Insurance Agent such as renewal of insurance, update member data enrollment to AIA, and follow up to any others medical claim issue by staff and management.
Manage and update staff personal files.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Prepare all related HR letter such as confirmation letter, increment letter, promotion letter, warning letter, show cause letter, and termination letter.
Responsible to establish, implement and review HR policy, procedure and distribute memo.
Familiar with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and liaise with respective HOD's.
Handle any ad hoc task assigned by Management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent (fresh graduate are encouraged to apply).
Resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitasking.
Understanding of HR statutory and regulatory requirements.
Strong and good knowledge of Employment Act 1955.
Must be able to travel when needed and possess own transport.
Applicant must be willing to work in CBD2, Cyberjaya, Selangor.
