Perform task as allocated by the management with diligence and careComplete task responsibly within the timeline allocatedExercise reasonable refrain from committing company resources or binding the company in any way to a third party and where applicable, take reasonable steps to check with the ManagementEnsure the efficient and proper use of Company’s resources, including any office automation devices, company computer software and company assetsProtect the integrity of confidential and privileged information obtained during the course of workEnsures the safeguarding of all confidential filesConduct self with professionalism within the office and when interacting with clientEnsure adherence to office working hoursEnsure adherence to discipline when conducting work dutiesEnsure Personal Hygiene & Cleanliness in the work placeAssist Management in coordinating and conducting the discharge dutiesManage the office, supervise staff and handle duties for upper managementManage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctlyAssist in training staff members and new hiresImplement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completionConduct clerical duties, includinghandling petty cash,filing, typing, answering phone calls,making appointments, responding to emails and preparing documentsRecording and updating client database as and when needed (gathering information by phone, email or in person)To liaise with banks and other bodies on carrying out the dutyPrepares financial, expenditures and payment authorization formsand administrative documents for authorization by the Manager/Director, such as cheque requisitions, purchase orders, quotation, sales invoices, follow up on collections,etcAssists in the development and distribution of staff schedules Assign and monitor jobs for technicians -manage agendas/travelarrangements/appointments etcTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessaryVerifies and records department staff compliance with the agency’s administrative and financial

Job Requirements

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or equivalent with minimum 5 years working experienceUnderstanding Malaysian labour lawKnowledge of HR function – Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, RecruitmentComputer literate with knowledge in MS Windows & OfficeKnowledge in payroll calculation manually or Payroll softwareStrong communication & people skillHR 3 years (Required)Accounts 3 years (Required)
