Job Responsibilities:Manage and execute monthly payroll.Manage foreign workers related tasks (hostel, levy, contract, insurance, medical checks etc).Recruitment exercises.Plant wide training and development needs in compliance with the requirements under IATF/ISO.Coordinate the onboarding requirements for all new hiresMaintain and updates HR documents and fillingOffice administrative tasks including hotel booking, transport arrangement, office stationeries and pantry supplies.Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the development of HR department goals, objectives and systemsRequirements:At least 2 years of working experience in the related fieldMust be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.Knowledge on UBS Payroll and Nigen TMS will be an added advantage.Good understanding in Employment Act/regulation MalaysiaAble to multi- task and work independentlyCan work independently.
