Responsibilities:You will be assisting in all aspects of HR, administrative and accounting works in the company. You will work closely with other HR executive and directly under the Managing Director of the company. You are responsible to manage the recruiting/hiring activities (local and expatriates) to support the management by identifying the suitable candidates to fit with the company values and department needs.As manpower laws might change from time to time, it is a requirement for you to ensure that the company is in compliance with strict labour laws and standards as well as to ensure our company and employees are in compliance with the company policies, procedures and legal responsibilities. In addition, you are required to create, maintain, and update personnel records and internal databases, prepare HR documents such as employment contract, confirmation letter etc. You will be required to handle all visa related matters. At the same time, you will be assisting on monthly payroll and benefits administration.This role might require you to maintain accounting documents and records as well as to ensure the accuracy of the transactions in the system.
