Job Description

Able to administer the full range of human resource activities and initiatives at operational levelAssist in the entire HR spectrum and ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures and relevant employment lawsCo-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview, preparing letter of employment, renewal of Contract for Service and inductionPrepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring completeness of documentations and compliance with the statutory requirementUpdate and maintain accurate employees’ record in Payroll SystemLiaise with government agencies on statutory requirements on all payroll related matters Submit monthly statutory payment and necessary forms to Inland Revenue Board, EPF and SOCSOResponsible over monitoring of staff annual and medical leaveUpdating of Employee Handbook and Organisation Chart on changesTo carry out any other task as assigned by Superior from time to timeWorking knowledge using payroll software is an advantage

Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Commerce with at least three (3) years of direct working experience in the field of HRWell versed in Employment Act and Malaysia Labour LawMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll softwareGood command of written and spoken English Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantageDedicated, trustworthy and meticulous
