Job Description

Able to administer the full range of human resource activities and initiatives at operational level Assist in the entire HR spectrum and ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures and relevant employment laws Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising interview preparing letter of employment renewal of Contract for Service and induction Prepare and process monthly payroll ensuring completeness of documentations and compliance with the statutory requirement Update and maintain accurate employees and rsquo record in Payroll System Liaise with government agencies on statutory requirements on all payroll related matters Submit monthly statutory payment and necessary forms to Inland Revenue Board EPF and SOCSO Responsible over monitoring of staff annual and medical leave Updating of Employee Handbook and Organisation Chart on changes To carry out any other task as assigned by Superior from time to time Working knowledge using payroll software is an advantageRequirements Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management Business Management or Commerce with at least three 3 years of direct working experience in the field of HR Well versed in Employment Act and Malaysia Labour Law Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software Good command of written and spoken English Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage Dedicated trustworthy and meticulous
