Job Description

Key Responsibilities

To support the administrative and operational matters within the HR department under the following functions

HR Administration

Managing the employee personal files and document generation

Review, update and maintain accurate employee data in various HR systems

Manage the administration of employee benefits

Involved in internal process improvement projects

Prepare monthly payroll with compliance to local statutory requirements

Talent Acquisition

To be actively involved in the talent acquisition life-cycle

Coordinate interview sessions according to the availability of candidates and Hiring Managers

Actively follow up and communicate with the respective stakeholders on pending items

Actively managing the onboarding process

Manage the record keeping of talent acquisition information

Preparation of contracts, letter of offer to selected candidates

Manage all recruitment and onboarding related documentations

Actively participate in all campus relations and recruitment activities

Learning & Development

Coordinate training sessions and logistics requirement

Assist in updating/ prepare training materials

Provide support in training and career development topics

Employee Motivation and Engagement

Actively involved in employee engagement and HR communication activities

Prepare related reports in relation to business requests in relation to engagement topics


Diploma or Bachelors in HR, Psychology, Business, Management or equivalent

At least 2-4 years of HR experience

Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Proficient in Microsoft applications

Proficiency in SAP is highly advantageous

People centric with a passion for process excellence

Strong communication skills

Creative, flexible and able to think out of the box whenever assigned to adhoc projects
