Job Responsibilities: Ensure all relevant daily HR Services operations are consistent and compliant to company policies and management standards (statutory & non statutory) by having an understanding of the laws and regulations, company policies and employment guidelines.Accountable for achieving target key performance indicators (KPI), operational level agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to the customers.Continuously monitor and introduce areas for improvement by acquiring and providing feedback from and to clients.Managing ad-hoc requests from Department Manager and clients as and when needed, act as counsel or mentor to HR Services team when required.Manage effective relationships with customers and build relationships to review the monthly service level statistics and attend to ongoing issues pertaining to Helpdesk & Claims Services.Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back up functions, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
