ABOUT THE JOB and bull Proven working experience as HR Manager and bull Lead a team providing HR operations including performance management people development and coaching ofdirect reports and bull Supervise the day to day operational activities of the team and organize the team to provide seamless HRprocesses and services and ensure an excellent employee and manager experience and bull Allocate resources delegate work to the team members and provide support and bull Collaborate to continuously optimize processes and bull Build team spirit and motivate team members to achieve success and bull Keep open communication and offer constructive feedback and when necessary deal constructively to resolveconflictsABOUT YOUWe are looking for a motivated talent who brings along the following background and bull Degree in Human Resources Business Administration and 5 and ndash 8 years of experience in a similar HR role and provenexperience as a HR Manager and bull Expertise in at least two of the following HR areas Talent Acquisition Learning and Development Compensationand Benefit HR Administration and Payroll Work Time Management and bull Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams and bull Experience working in a complex matrix and international organization and bull Used to deal with cultural differences and to collaborate with stakeholder from different countries and hierarchylevels and bull Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict management skills combined with a service orientatedpersonality and bull Sound planning and organizational skills and a result orientated work approach and bull Getting things done and service orientated attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explainprocedures and solution proposals to partners and bull Continuous improvement mindset and process orientation and a solution orientated work approach and bull Fluent in English speaking and writing
