Job 1: Recruitment Assistant ManagerResponsibilities:• Work closely with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. Manage recruitment team to ensure hire qualified employees to meet Company’s current and future needs.• Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures and practice meet operational needs, legislative and good practice requirements.• Provide professional way in handling recruitment and selection guidance and support to hiring manager across Company.• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties, and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.• Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job posting; execute all required job postings in a timely manner• Build resource pool via networking and proactively maintaining relationships with potential, existing and new resources.• Manage the administration of all recruitment records, ensuring that documentation complete, accurate and up-to-date. Conduct reference checks on selected candidates, before offer of employment.• Continually review the recruitment and selection policies and procedure in line with best practice and current legislation• Establish and maintain rapport with Government agencies, Universities, Schools and Colleges for recruiting plan for graduates and school leaver candidates.• Coordinate with external recruiters and outside employment agencies to attract and identify select candidates• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.Requirements:• Possess Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline.• At least 4 year(s) of working experience specializing in recruitment field.• Must have Recruiters/ Executive Search background with shown track record of closing opening vacancies.• Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia• Have good working relationships with everyone they come in contact with at work, behaving in a friendly, courteous and professional way.• Bring a positive attitude to work, co-operating closely with team members and other departments• Able to work independently with minimum supervisionJob 2:Payroll & HRSS Lead (Permanent)- Cover whole MsiaResponsibilities:• To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing.• To assist in the preparation of the monthly payroll and statistic reports to internal and Management reporting.• Ensuring the employee payroll and ad-hoc payments are handled in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.• Liaise with tax consultants on expatriates’ tax computation and any employee related taxes, if any.• Prepare and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax to relevant parties.• Process and file statutory reports/forms.• Attend to employees inquiries on payroll matters like Income tax, EPF and SOCSO queries, and addressing those queries.• Ensure all payroll related transactions are properly charged to respective GL accounts• To prepare HR documents and reports such as HC Report, Staff Movement Report, Attrition Rate Report, Payroll Summary Report etc. for HRM to review.• Maintain proper record of documents and filing for easy retrieval.• To coordinate with the accounts department for the preparation of cheque payments for monthly statutory contribution.• To draft general correspondences, and ensure proper filing of all HR documentation for easy retrieval and reference.• Understand and keep abreast with changes in local laws regulating compensation practices to maintain compliance with government regulations.• Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.Requirements:• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Strong knowledge of HR rules, regulations and benefits schemes. Good with numbers and details.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Building effective teams; Prior working experience in a shared service centreJob 3: Industrial Relations (IR) ExecutiveResponsibilities:• Responsible for the provision of advice to management on contemporary human resources management issues, employment and industrial law, workplace and local government. Provide advice and information to management and implement industrial relations and employment policies in best practice of the industry.• Handling inquiries from various department relating to disciplinary issues, staff grievances, labour disputes, counselling at work place, and carry our investigation on the cases• Assist to implement effective disciplinary policies and procedures• Issuing disciplinary notices for misconduct cases and proceeds with necessary disciplinary action to resolve the cases.• Collecting evidence, compiling documents for disciplinary action, Industrial Court and Labour Court cases.• Conduct investigation and Domestic Inquiry as Presenting Officer/ Recording Officer.• Able to conduct complex and comprehensive investigation• Assist to review and update of Company policies relating to Industrial Relations• Keep abreast of latest judicial precedents on dispute resolution on matters related to employment laws.• Any other assignment that may be assigned from time to timeRequirements:• Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Diploma in Human Resource Management related discipline or equivalent.• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the area related to industrial relations and employment/ labour matters• Familiar with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967• Possess good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia• Good interpersonal and communication skills in all level• Performance-driven and team player
