The HR Services team as the single point of contact for employees and partners with the HR Business Partner community for delivering services support of programs and manages all employee related inquiries and requests This role is the first tier support for the Regional HR Services Lead and the Human Resources Business Partners to execute tasks supporting line managers and employees This role will work within the guidelines of GfK programs and policies to administer tasks and duties related to Employment Contracts Compensation Benefits Talent Management and Payroll Key ActivitiesEnsure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations First tier support to HRBP for all local administrative tasks and execution of HR related mattersOwn the employees data along the life cycle in Workday from the hiring to the termination process e g on-boarding payroll changes issuing contracts termination documentsDeliver support to line managers and employees related to employee administration issues e g employee job changes transfers etc Support annual compensation review process including annual merit and bonus planning processSupport employees and managers on questions related to Leave of Absences e g Maternity Parental Sick LeaveRespond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communications HR guidelines and processes Support projects to implement digital solutions as well as to centralize streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the RegionProvide HR Help Desk supportRequirementsStrong time management skills and personal efficiencyStrong communication skillsProblem-solving skillsAdvance user knowledge of HRIS ERP systems Experience with Workday is a plusMinimum 1-3 years of relevant HR experienceBroad HR background
