With the continuous growth of a busy team we are searching for experienced and motivated HR Specialistbased in Malaysia The key responsibilities of the position will include Systems Administration and Support 40 Collaborate with global HR HRIS team members to perform system administration functions for HR systems such as Cornerstone and Enboarder including security administration table configuration data loads reporting running integrations etc Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes systems and reportsLiaise and develop cross-functional relationships with various business functions such as IT Finance Communications and Operational teams to best understand their needsRun weekly monthly reports to in line with business requirementsEscalate systems administration and end-user issues to HRIS team members or our partner vendors where appropriate follow issues through to resolution including testing deployment user communicationsRecommend implement and document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systemsParticipate on HRIS project teams by performing business requirement gathering business process review project management creating test cases participating in QA testing and leading others through UAT documentation development communication etc Partner with other team members to manage the delivery of small HR systems projects including configuration changes and functionality deployment including configuration testing documentation peer review sign off training change management etc Data Compilation and Analysis 40 Collect and analyse data from systems to produce metrics graphs and reporting per global HR requirementsCollect and analyse data from Global HR Advisors for reporting and other publishing purposesDesign best practice templates for data capture and analysis for our various HR tasks and projectsSeek out process improvements in data co-ordination and analysis Other Specialist Support 20 Lead and co-ordinate HR Specialist projects in the areas of Systems Comp and Ben and other HR topics as appropriateLiaise with other India-based Global Specialists in various functions to ensure streamlined communication and data sharingAdhoc payroll support for India and East AsiaAdhoc HR support including creative input into our programs Position Requirements 8 years HR and Payroll systems experience with Cornerstone or similar HRIS experience idealStrong Excel Macro capabilities with a solid background using MS Sharepoint and other collaboration tools advantageousExcellent English communication skills and ndash verbally and written ideally from a global business environmentExperience in managing HR projects or programs with a global HR groupStrong understanding of HR Payroll Finance and IT business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependenciesDemonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyse new issues is criticalAbility to deal with sensitive and confidential informationFlexibility to work effectively with a global team and working hoursA true passion for HR Business Systems and processesPositivity and a sense of humour We are reviewing applications as we receive them but please note that only short-listed applicants will be contacted We offer a competitive salary package flexible working conditions and strong growth and development opportunities Application and enquires for this role will be treated in strict confidence Please follow us on LinkedIn to learn more about your future with George Clinical
