Job Responsibilities:-Assists in full spectrum of HR & Admin. functions include recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, employees welfare administration and other HR related matters.Ensuring the continuous efficiency and compliance with Company s policy and labor legislations.Responsible in the handling and dealing with employees relation issues.Maintain employee master data, monitoring attendance and leaves record; proper filing of HR & Admin related documents.Liaise with government bodies on statutory requirements.To coordinate and assist the Employee of the Year Awards, Annual Dinner, Teambuilding & etc.Act as point of contact between employer and employee in maintaining good working relationship.Coordinate and assist on annual training needs analysis and supervise employee training and development processes.To undertake ad-hoc duty assignment by superior and management when necessary.Job Requirements:-Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree holder in HR management.At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in HR management is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Capable of handling confidentail information and ensure compliance is met.Knowledge of Employment Act is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.Good writing and communication skills i.e. procedure, policies and regulations writing.Able to work independently and under pressure.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
