Responsible for the day to day operational matters of the HR & Admin department, including Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Administration and Company Secretarial matters.Prepare documentation for renewal of all registration with government bodies.Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview and selection process.Involve in ISO training and development of staff, scheduling and coordinating training courses and programs.Handle employee relations issues and managing staff discipline issues.Oversee the overall office administration functions.Monitor the renewal of company insurance policies e.g motor vehicle, group insurance, office insurance and etc.
Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Managemen/ Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.At least -1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time positions available.
