We are now looking for anHuman Resource Assistant Managerto join the Timor Plaza team and be part of the success of the company SUMMARY Provide support on HR general functions HR Administration HR operational and Office Administration To assist in all aspect of Human Resource Management and Administrative functions including recruitment compensation and benefits employee relations training and development performance management and other HR related support services HR General FunctionsAssist the HR Manager in managing day to day human resource operations and implementing new HR initiatives Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures Draft and update documents such as job description employee handbook SOP policies and other HR related documents Administer employee recruitment process including onboarding and conducting exit interview Assist HR Manager in planning and organizing recruitment campaign colleges agencies career fair etc Administer and maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees and rsquo records Assist advice in handling employee counselling grievance and disciplinary matters To perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to HR and Administration duties as and when required Training and DevelopmentReview training needs and requisitions from each individual department Coordinate and facilitate training programs Assist in developing training programs based on needs identified Track monitor and prepare report on training programs Recommend administrate and conduct training programs HR General Administration Assist in HR General Administration and facilities management Ensure that staff accommodation is always kept clean orderly and maintain disciplined environment Ensure Staff accommodation and ldquo house rules and rdquo are established communicated and implemented Check and verify staff annual ticket entitlement and hotel booking Check and verify staff business trip allowance and hotel booking REQUIREMENTSCandidate must be willing to relocate and work in Dili Timor Leste Candidate must possess at least Diploma Bachelor and rsquo s Degree Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Competence in Microsoft Office is essential High accuracy to details Demonstrate understanding of the business its levers for growth its change dynamics and challenging success factors Self-motivated and self-driven resourceful fast leaner proactive committed adaptable and a team player Required languages English Bahasa Indonesia Malaysia and Mandarin Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients Please take note that only candidates with required languages will be considered
