JOB REQUIREMENTS



Age 30 - 35 years old

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent

Required language(s)Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is an added advantage

Minimum 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Duties Of HR



Interview and recruit skills to fill job openings

Handling disputes and remedies any issues an employee might have

Develop and initiate training and orientation plans for new starters

Managing and reporting costs of HR for current and future recruitment needs and drive

Managing all employee claims, payroll and inquiries

Collect and analyzing employee data to develop talent, strategies and potential employee career upbringing



Basic Duties Of Admin



Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc for the upper management

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data



Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary



Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
