Minimum a Diploma in HR Management or equivalentMinimum one (1) years' experience in HR/PayrollResourceful, self-motivated and analyticalGood Interpersonal and communication skillsAn eye for details and is meticulous at all times with a highly committed positive work attitudeAbility to independently plan and carry out assigned duties diligentlyPleasant personality, approachable disposition and good team playerUnderstands HR confidentiality at all times and able to work with minimum supervisionAbility to speak Mandarin/Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
Those familiar with HR2000 systems or integrated HR systems would have an advantageProficient in Microsoft OfficeFamiliar with Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and related HR statutory laws
