Arrange interviews for management levels. Prepares Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidatesArrange exit interviewTrainingConducts orientation program to new employeesCoordinates and liaise with external consultancy firms on employees training needs and arranges training schedules for employeesEvaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employeesWelfareAttend to employees grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessaryProvides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environmentOrganizes corporate events such as company s dinner, company trip, family day etcHR AdministrationReviews. updates and maintains proper filling of HR Handbook, company doctors list, performance appraisal form and training schedulesReviews compensation and benefits up to managerial levelMonitor on staffs attendance and report to General Manager for absenteeism if foundHuman Resource ManagementInvolves in yearly manpower planning and expansionAssists in drafting out Annual Letter and Promotion LetterAdministers the HR procedures are adhered toHandles monthly payroll, advance and OT for staffsDraft appraisal format for all department HODs to appraise their subordinates and submit the compiled result and feedback to General ManagerProposes yearly salary increment to MDOthersAny other ad-hoc tasks when requestedRequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required skill(s): Knowledgeable in Labour Act, MS SQL Server.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Street.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
